Welcome to St Barnabas CofE Nursery and Primary School. I am delighted that you are taking the time to learn more about our wonderful school community and all that makes it such a special place to belong.

St Barnabas is a happy, caring, and hard working school where children are truly at the heart of everything we do. Guided by our values of love, aspiration, and belonging, we strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment in which every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to achieve their very best.

We have the highest expectations for behaviour, learning, and personal development, and we take great pride in knowing every child as an individual. The success, wellbeing, and happiness of each and every pupil matters deeply to us, and we work in close partnership with families to ensure all children grow in confidence and reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

Our children enjoy a wide range of exciting academic, sporting, musical, and enrichment opportunities, and they are encouraged to take an active role in school life. We believe that when children feel a strong sense of belonging and are surrounded by love and encouragement, they develop the confidence and aspiration to dream big and aim high.
