Welcome To Silbury Class 

Welcome to Silbury Class, the home of our Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, with their teacher Miss West and their teaching assistant Mrs Walker. This academic year, we will learn through active tasks and utilising our outside environments, this will bridge the children's transition from their previous year. This year we will learn through exploration, collaboration and investigation. There are many new routines to enjoy as the children continue on their journey through Key Stage 1.

Our learning 

In Silbury Class this term we are very excited for the new learning that is ahead. On the curriculum page you will see our Termly Focus Overview, this document contains all of the information for our upcoming learning in Term 3, including the enrichment opportunities we will provide for the children. 

You can also view our Knowledge Organisers for our focus topics this term, which show all of the key information and vocabulary that will accompany our learning, setting out what the children should already know as well as what they will know by the end of each unit.
